If you need to return anything, we will send you a prepaid return label. We will provide this by email when we receive your return request.

If you fail to complete your order before the trial time expires, you will be charged for the full order.
Don't worry, we will send you plenty of reminders to ensure you don't forget!
Can I use another payment method to complete my order?
When paying for the items you are keeping, payment will be taken from the card used for the initial order.
If the payment is unsuccessful, you will be given the option to choose an alternative payment method.
How do I create an account?
Don't worry, you won't need to create an account. We will do this for you automatically when you place your first order with Try with Mirra. We will send a link to you via SMS and email.
How much does it cost to use Try with Mirra?
It's free! There is no fee for customers who choose to checkout with Try with Mirra. However a service fee may apply if you return all items from the order. Please see the brands' return policy for information on this.
